Welcome to SysCompliance Audit Management System! Getting started is completely free and takes just a few minutes. Our registration process is designed to get you up and running quickly while ensuring you have all the necessary access to manage your audit operations effectively.

Registration Process

To begin using the SysCompliance Audit Management System, navigate to:

{info} Free Plan: When you sign up for FREE, you start with free plan that allows you to try out our system for free. The sign-up process is completely free with no credit card required.

Registration Steps

  1. Navigate to Registration Page

    • Click here to go to the registration page
    • You'll be presented with a clean registration form
  2. Complete Your Information

    • Company Name: Enter your company name
    • Full Name: Enter your complete name
    • Email Address: Use a valid business email address
    • Password: Create a secure password
    • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password for verification
  3. Submit Registration

    • Click the "Sign Up" button to create your account
    • You'll receive a confirmation email
  4. Access Your Dashboard

    • Upon successful registration, you'll be redirected to the login page
    • A sub-domain will be created based on your company giving you a unique URL to access your audit software
      https://<your-compnay-name>.syscompliance.com/admin
    • Login to your account
    • You now have Admin access to the system

Admin Privileges

🔐 Full Admin Access

When you complete the registration process, you automatically receive Admin privileges, which include:

Subscription Management

  • View and manage your subscription plan
  • Access billing information and payment methods
  • Upgrade or downgrade subscription tiers
  • Monitor usage and limits

User Management

  • Create new user accounts
  • Edit existing user information
  • Assign roles and permissions to users
  • Deactivate or delete user accounts

Next Steps After Registration

⚠️ Important: Role Assignment Required

While the Admin role provides full admin access, to effectively administer the audit system, it does not provide access to perform any audit operations. You'll need to acquire additional operational roles, or create other users with specific audit roles, such as Internal Audit Manager. Please refer to Roles & Permissions section for more information.

Why Additional Roles Are Needed:

  • Admin role is primarily for user and subscription management
  • Audit operations require specific roles like Internal Audit Manager, Internal Auditor, or Process Owner
  • Role-based access ensures proper audit and administration segregation, and smooth workflow

To proceed further, you have two options:

Adding Roles to Your Account

Option 1: Make Yourself Internal Audit Manager

Follow these steps to add audit management capabilities to your account:

Step 1: Navigate to Users

  1. After logging in as Admin, click on "Users" in the left navigation panel
  2. You'll see the user management interface

Step 2: Edit Your Account

  1. Locate your user account in the users list
  2. Click on "Edit" next to your account

Step 3: Assign Additional Role

  1. In the role selection dropdown, choose one or more of the following:
    • Internal Audit Manager (recommended)
    • Internal Auditor
    • Process Owner

Step 4: Save Changes

  1. Click "Save Changes" to apply the new role(s)
  2. You now have both Admin privileges and audit operational access

Creating Additional Users

Option 2: Create Team Members with Specific Roles

To set up a complete audit team, create additional users:

Step 1: Access User Creation

  1. After logging in as Admin, click on "Users" in the left navigation panel
  2. Click on "New User" button

Step 2: Enter User Information

  • First Name: Enter the team member's first name
  • Last Name: Enter the team member's last name
  • Email Address: Use their business email address
  • Password: Create a temporary password (they can change it later)

Step 3: Assign Roles Select appropriate role(s) from the dropdown:

  • Internal Audit Manager: For audit team leaders
  • Internal Auditor: For audit team members
  • Process Owner: For department heads and process managers
  • Auditee: For employees who will be audited

Step 4: Create User

  1. Click "Create" to add the user
  2. The new user will receive login credentials
  3. Repeat this process for all team members
